Chef Alan Zeman is the regional representative for Rational USA and Southwestern Originals.
Alan and his wife Miki sold their award winning restaurant, Fuego, “An American Southwest Grill” earlier this year. Some of Alan’s recent accomplishments include:
– Performed on stage at numerous industry trade shows for Rational, including NAFEM, NRA, & LA Expo.
– Graduated first in his class at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.
– Attained Certified Executive Chef and American Academy of Chefs recognition from the ACF, and also served as Chapter President for 5 years.
– Past commissioner on the ACF Accreditation Commission and was recognized as Chef of the Year twice in Southern Arizona.
– Has made numerous television appearances, has authored several Bon Appetit feature articles, and also has a gourmet product line of southwestern specialties like Prickly Pear Barbeque Glaze & Sonoran Seasoning.
