A force of 300 to 400 volunteers is needed to work with festival planners, staff and technicians to prepare for this popular annual event that brings Tucson and Southern Arizona immeasurable rewards.
Volunteers gain great memories and more than a few pleasant surprises from getting involved. At the end of the day, volunteers go away with a FREE T-SHIRT and the undying gratitude of the festival organizers. Shifts are an average of four hours for each volunteer and many volunteers sign up for two or three shifts throughout the festival. Duties include greeters at the festival info booths, set-up, take-down, clean-up, artist hospitality, traffic load-in control, and much more.
