June Aguayo started painting in 1978 and did fine painting for ten years. Her paintings sold well in Southern California. When June moved to Arizona in 1985 she decided to try decorative painting on wood pieces.  Being Swedish, June did some Swedish folk figures. She was invited to join the Nordic Guild in 1988.  Since then June added the folk painting of Dalarna, Sweden called Dalmalning. Now June paints folk figures and Dalmalning on anything that she can find to paint on.
